Originally built in 1903 as the Gayety Theater, the Byham Theater opened on Halloween night, 1904. It ran for many years as one of the country's foremost stage and vaudeville houses, with appearances from such stars as Ethel Barrymore, Gertrude Lawrence and Helen Hayes. 

An intimate 1,303-seat theater, the Byham is the only mid-sized performance hall Downtown.

PNC Park is the home of the Pittsburgh Pirates. This 38,000-seat classic baseball park features a center field that opens to a dramatic view of the city skyline.
